Application
Clarify context, current pressures and what meaningful progress would look like.
Momentum combines assessment, human interpretation, one clear Development Priority, Meaningful Action and regular evidence review. The journey adapts to the person rather than forcing everyone through the same fixed curriculum.
Clarify context, current pressures and what meaningful progress would look like.
Establish a governed baseline across the Momentum performance areas and competencies.
Bring score, behaviour, context and evidence together before deciding the development direction.
Work one Development Priority through Meaningful Action, weekly review and reassessment.
The lowest score does not automatically become the priority. Momentum considers score, behaviour, context, evidence and trajectory to decide what is most useful to strengthen now.
That priority then anchors the current development cycle while all four performance areas remain in view.
Within the wider 90-day journey, development moves through an adaptive 28-day rhythm. The purpose is to create enough repetition for learning to become usable, then review the evidence before deciding whether to strengthen, integrate, adapt or redirect.
Participants submit results, reflection and evidence before Guide conversations. That keeps the Builder responsible for their own development and creates more space in the conversation to explore what happened and what comes next.
Momentum captures evidence throughout the journey, repeats the Momentum Performance Assessment™ near the end, and brings baseline, reassessment, Development Priority, actions and evidence together for longitudinal review.
Evidence may be quantitative or qualitative. Momentum does not manufacture causal claims where the evidence does not support them.
The application is the first developmental step, not just a lead form.
