Clarify the population, opportunity, success criteria and reporting boundary.
Momentum helps organisations develop the capacity, resilience and performance of their people through a governed 90-day journey with clear privacy boundaries and evidence-led review.

Organisations invest in systems, processes, technology and technical development. Momentum focuses on the human capacity required to use those things well.
Participants establish a baseline, focus on one Development Priority, take Meaningful Action and review evidence over time.
Individual assessment responses, private reflections, Guide conversations and developmental records are not automatically visible to the sponsor. Organisational reporting is agreed and governed in advance so the organisation can evaluate value without turning private participant evidence into employer data.
A defined 90-day cohort gives the organisation enough evidence to understand usefulness, participant engagement and developmental movement before wider implementation.
Clarify the population, opportunity, success criteria and reporting boundary.
Each participant follows an individual Momentum journey within the cohort.
Capture participation, movement and agreed programme-level evidence.
Evaluate what happened and whether wider implementation is justified.
Tell us what you are seeing and what you would like to understand. We’ll use that to shape the right conversation and, where appropriate, a first cohort.
